  • Oversee the work of mechanics and ensure that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement effective service strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage the service department budget and finances to ensure profitability.
  • Monitor and analyse service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with the after sales manager to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Continuously improve service skills through training and development opportunities.
Job Requirements
  • SPM/SPMV SKM certificate with minimum 3 years working experience in automotive field.
  • Good communication and team building skills.
  • Good knowledge/skill in troubleshooting car repair.
  • Possess valid driving license.
  • Customer friendly with good personal appearance.
  • Able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
