Main Responsibilities and Duties

To be stationed at the main lobby of the hospital and /or at other location as assigned.
To greet and welcome customers and if necessary help the patient to open the car doors.
To ensure that the patients / visitors / guests enquiries are being attended to promptly and to provide appropriate assistance and direction.
To provide assistance to invalid / ill customers.
To accompany patient to the ward when patient is admitted and during discharge as assigned.
To assist the Accident & Emergency and as when necessary.
To shuttle (send / fetch) patients for ancillary services within the hospital.
To assist internal documents distribution in the absence of the despatch rider.
To maintain confidentiality of privileged information.
To be on-call as and when required.
To perform any other reasonable duties as and when assigned by the Management.
