Conduct tool set-up, machine start-up and adjust LSR moulding parameters and attain production targets in terms of quality and yield.


  • Performs daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance of all LSR machinery, equipment and systems.
  • Ensure LSR moulding machines, auxiliary equipment is set to required parameters, meet quality standards and production goals.
  • Trouble shoots LSR process and machine issues and repairs/corrects findings.
  • Pulls, cleans, measures screws and barrels as required.
  • Ensure completion of documentation, LSR molding process parameters and equipment condition checklist, etc.
  • Performed daily 7s activity and maintain safe working environment and maintain high standard.
  • Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials to superior.
  • To perform adhoc tasks assigned by superior.

Pay:
From RM2,000.00 per month
