By Products:
High Purity Silica Flour, Resin Coated Sand, and other related sand;

  • Responsible generate data records of particle sizing, chemical analysis using analyzer and spectrometer (XRF & ICP-MS/OES), carbon analyzer and relevant details as needed;
  • Maintain Silica Mineral Processing laboratory records: correspondence, documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and databases by manual and computerized;
  • Develop and maintain laboratory management systems in aspect of safety, quality, instruments inventory and maintenance complied with OSHA (JKKP Negeri Terengganu) requirements and procedures;
  • Comply with, execute, and promote the ore processing health, safety and environment improvement action plan and all Terengganu Silica Consortium Standards Operating Procedures (SOP);
  • Prepare reports estimates of expenditure, maintain budgetary and inventory controls of Silica Mineral Processing laboratory and R&D;
  • Lead and foster continuous improvement to High Purity Silica product qualities and ensuring work is performed in accordance with appropriate Safety, Health & Environment (HSE), good housekeeping, quality, and compliance standards;
  • Prepare reports estimates of expenditure, maintain budgetary and inventory controls of Silica Mineral Processing laboratory and R&D;

Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or other engineering discipline.
  • Possess 12 years experience in similar field or industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Office

From RM2,500.00 per month
