Working days: 5 days (Any 5 days between Monday to Sunday)

Working hours:
Shift work 9am - 6pm or 1.30pm pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Timely management of online user inquiries
  • Handle issues on different topics in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research each problem, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
  • Log all conversations in our operations center database
  • Meet individual or team goals, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Expand dealer business

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • SPM
  • Experience in any customer service oriented field
  • Preferably have at least 1 year of customer support experience
  • Able to work under pressure, adaptable and responsive
  • Able to communicate in Chinese

- 在任何面向服务的领域中,至少有中学毕业
- 最好有至少1年客户支持工作经验
- 能在压力下工作,适应能力强,反应迅速
- 能用中文交流

Salary:
RM2, RM4,800.00 per month
