JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure a proper filing system is implemented
  • Retrieve information of customers Forecast/Order from eProcurement and prepare the data for distribution to related department.
  • Prepare and generate the DO, Invoices and others related documents upon received customer PO/Order through the Pronto systems for the purpose of Delivery arrangement.
  • To distribute the DO, Invoices and others documents to FG Store for delivery purpose and prepare replacement/changes of documents if received any revised Delivery Instruction.
  • Monitor the collection of DO from Store are according to the delivery record for the purpose of preparation and submission the Invoice, DO and others to customer. Communicate with customers to obtain any missing information or answer queries.
  • Ensure the invoicing/DO and others required information from customers are recorded by scanning and save the data into computer and perform proper backup.
  • To liaise and distribute the New Product Information (NPI) including drawing to related department and keep the information recorded into file (softcopy&hardcopy)
  • Maintain and update record for the purpose of audit either by external or internal parties. To complied with ISO9001 and ISO14001 procedure within the sales department.
  • Practice and maintain the 5S activities at workplace and office
  • To maintain and ensure the working environment is comply with health and safety legislature
  • To participate in the monthly Stock Take activity which organize by related department.
  • Monitor and maintaining the Sales Department stationery items and others requirement is according to requirement. To liaise with HRA (Admin) on the purchased requirement.
  • To accept and perform others duties and responsibilities assigned by superior/management from time to time.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
