Responsibilities:

  • Break/Fix, Disassembly/reassembly, Troubleshooting
  • Delivers upgrades and conversions including replacement of component parts e.g. keyboards, monitors, disks etc.
  • Escalate calls within given time guidelines.
  • Process paperwork relevant to customer problems/upgrades.
  • Fault diagnosis, basic troubleshooting and ensure effective repair of the following Dell products: Basic Storage (EQL & MD3xxx),Desktops/ notebooks / tablets/ printers, Servers, Switches etc

Requirements:

years experience

  • Able to follow instructions from senior team member or Dell PM
  • Familiar with most technology products
  • Proven ability to handle all technology products in the capacity of material handling, labeling, connecting/disconnecting cables and equipment, moves, disposals, box and unbox, as well as, other related activities
  • Basic general enterprise knowledge and basic knowledge on the Dell enterprise product portfolio. And continues to develop skills aligned with the Dell service portfolio
  • Fresh graduates from IT background are welcomed to apply.

Remuneration
RM2,000 - RM3,000

RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
