  • Basic computer hardware troubleshooting skills.
  • Min. 1 year working experience in related field.
  • Detect and troubleshoot network issue.
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English is a MUST.
  • Basic salary + Allowance + OT.
  • EPF + SOCSO + EIS.
  • Own transportation, prefer motorcycle
  • Able to work independent and able to outstation.

Job Scope:

  • Installing and configuring client computer systems.
  • Responding to client IT support requests.
  • Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
  • Providing technical support onsite or via remoteaccess systems.
  • Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client.
  • Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
  • Managing multiple cases at one time.
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Delivery, installation, configuration & testing on hardware purchased by customers
  • Maintaining good customer relations.
  • Testing and evaluating new technologies
  • Tracking and managing work records. (Onsite Form
  • Service Report)
  • Compiling job reports and update on Internal System. (Daily)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
