Responsibilities and Duties of a Sales Interior Designer

  • Meet new clients, and understand their requirements in detail. Your task will involve trying to ensure that your interactions with LivSpace leads convert to successful and happy customers.
  • Own your projects from start to finish, all design deliverablesDrawings, Presentations, Material selection, BOQ.
  • Based out of one of our Experience Centers, you will be required to attend customer walkins.
  • Sell Livspace Kitchen and Wardrobes where the project scope allows to
  • Your responsibilities will range from client frontending, brief understanding, Project costing, quotations, and validation to design projects development and coordination from concept to installation stages.
  • Execute the project till handover, visit the site regularly. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure your design turns into reality seamlessly and visit the site regularly.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • You have a minimum of one year of relevant interior design experience / Formal design education.
  • Atleast SPM and above educational qualification for malaysian applicants
  • You have handled projects endtoend sales, design and execution.
  • Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively.
  • Preferred:
  • Knowledge of AutoCad or ArchiCad or Revit (or other BIM softwares)
  • Experience in 3D modelling and rendering softwares is an added advantage.
  • Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.
