JOB SUMMARY

  • Monitor and ensure smooth operations of the section appointed
  • Ensure that service / items are prepared according to Lost World of Tambun minimum standards and standards operating procedures (SOP)
  • Check cleanliness of sections prior to and after service
  • Ensure full mise-en-place is prepared prior to start of operations and replenished afterwards
  • Ensure that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage
  • Practice economy of food, beverage, paper supplies, electricity and water (practice recycling whenever possible)
  • Check inventory in sections appointed for daily requisition
  • Assist in any other tasks as specified by his / her manager or superior

  • Presentable and wellgroomed always;
  • A team player with high degree of honesty and integrity;
  • Able to start immediately is an added advantage;
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills;
  • Competencies in writing and communicating in English, Bahasa Malaysia and other languages would be an added advantage;
  • Applicants must be willing to work at SUNWAY LOST WORLD OF TAMBUN, IPOH, PERAK
