KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop production plans and schedules based on customer orders, production capacity, and material availability. Coordinate with various departments, including engineering, procurement, and production, to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules. Monitor and analyze production capacity to optimize utilization and identify any bottlenecks or constraints.

Work closely with procurement and inventory teams to ensure the availability of raw materials, components, and tooling required for production.

Maintain accurate inventory records and initiate purchase orders as needed to avoid stockouts.

Monitor production progress, address any issues or delays, and adjust schedules if required to meet delivery Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, schedules, and inventory data.

Generate regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as production output, cycle times, and on-time delivery. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Diploma or Fresh Graduate with Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equavalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
