We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to join our Shared Center team in Malaysia.

You will play a dual role supporting the global procurement process to ensure efficient purchasing while also providing support to the VP of Governance and Strategy.

This position requires a proactive individual with expertise in procurement, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to support strategic initiatives.


Your responsibilities as Procurement Manager will be:

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure efficient purchasing operations.
  • Review purchase requests, negotiate contracts, conduct market research, and streamline procurement processes to optimize efficiency and costeffectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and inventory levels while coordinating with finance and accounting teams for invoice processing.
  • Support global procurement processes, vendor selection, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your responsibilities as Chief of Staff Assistant will be:

  • Act as a right hand to the VP of Governance and Strategy, providing support in the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support special projects, conduct research, prepare reports, and facilitate communication between teams.

You will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in procurement operations, vendor management, or purchasing, coupled with experience in a strategic support role.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Google suite.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, multitask, and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Reporting experience or background in producing reports, presentations, and analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Preferred experience using Salesforce
