Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with social media and able to answer online enquiries and transform leads into sales, training will be provided.
  • To follow up with both potential and present customers to close sales.
  • To attend to walkin customers and offer healthcare consultation.
  • To open and maintain customer profile and build lasting relationships with customers.
  • To keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer enquiries, feedback and consuming experience.
  • Keep updated on product knowledge and promotion scheme.
  • Participate in company events to conduct sales consultation.

Requirement:

  • Minimum SPM
  • Working experience is not required as on the job training will be provided

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Penang Hill: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
