Job Description:

1. Lead environmental particulate and microbial testing per regulatory and standard requirements
Manage all laboratory functions and activities associated with all testing analysis
Responsible for ensuring that all testing performed at the lab is carried out according to written procedures and properly documented
Responsible for the maintenance and operations of Microbiology Lab including supplies and equipment
Explore and develop new analytical methods or improve current test procedures/technologies
Maintain and update, when necessary, all lab procedures and test methods
Develops, generates and supports qualification and validation protocols and reports
Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior

Requirement:

Education level: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or Chemistry or Engineering (or any relevant discipline)
Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industries with knowledge of ISO 13485 and general GMP related regulatory requirements
Required Skills:
Effective communication and organizational skills
Familiar with laboratory operation and equipment, as well as handling of measurement equipment
Willing to go to Japan for the training (3 months, from September to November 2023)
