Curriculum Developer

Responsibilities:

  • To plan, develop and design an engaging and effective curriculum and lesson plans for the respective grade levels, and/or improve on existing curriculum.
  • To engage various stakeholders to understand needs and curriculum objectives.
  • To coordinate the review of all curriculum to ensure that the programmes meet the scope and requirements of the current syllabus.
  • To set and develop training programmes for educators and teachers implementing the curriculum.
  • To work collaboratively with various departments for plan and generate creative content to market programmes and events.
  • Plan and facilitate lessons, keeping track of students' progress.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the company

Requirements:

years of prior teaching experience.

  • Extremely passionate about teaching and the education industry. Willing to join an entrepreneurial team and build from the groundup.
  • Able to work under pressure and is proactive.
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Mandarin communication
  • Team player. Able to quickly adapt to a new environment and possess a growth mindset.
