Job Descriptions:

  • Answering customer's questions via phone and/or live chat
  • Maintaining and updating customers' accounts
  • Responding to customers' complaint, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solutions to the customers
  • Collecting and analyzing customer's feedback for service improvement

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Able to speak Mandarin (ability to read and type in Mandarin is an advantage)
  • Preferably with at least 12 years Customer Service experience
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedule
  • Must be willing to be relocated to Makati, Philippines

Pay:
RM7, RM8,000.00 per month
