We are searching for a highly creative and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Social Media Content Creator and Marketing Executive. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging, creative, and innovative social media content aligned with our marketing objectives.
  • Plan, schedule, and produce a variety of content, including visually appealing images, videos, stories, and other compelling pieces. Necessary equipment will be provided.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm online and offline campaigns that enhance our brand presence and drive results.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and strategies to ensure our content remains fresh, engaging, and relevant.
  • Conduct competitor research and industry analysis to identify unique content opportunities that set us apart.
  • Maintain high-quality standards, adhere to brand guidelines, and convey engaging brand narratives.
  • Coordinate with external partners to execute marketing initiatives across various channels.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance.

Key Requirements

  • Preferred background in Visual Design Communication, Multimedia, Public Relations, or Journalism, although skills and experience take precedence over formal education.
  • Hands-on experience in managing social media engagement and interactions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving aptitude, and a passion for fashion, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Copywriting, Photography, Photoshop, and Videography.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure and handle unexpected challenges resourcefully.
  • Quick to grasp and align with company objectives while fostering a positive team environment.
  • Own transportation for work-related travel.
  • Willingness to travel for store visits, along with a sense of responsibility, dedication, and self-motivation.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Open to applications from fresh graduates and experienced candidates.
