  • To ensure an updated record of all staff status (probation/confirmation).
  • Assisting in hiring staff/guard and their details should be kept in a proper filing
system.

  • To assist HR and Admin (HQ) monitor and manage about Nepalese guards'
arrangement such as renewal permit, passport, FOMEMA, salary and check out

memo.

  • Ensure inventories are updated accordingly (Uniform, PPE and other items belongs
to the company).

  • All purchases must be submitted using the requisition form and with the approval
from HR Executive/Branch Manager.

  • To ensure renewal of company vehicle road tax/insurance to be done before due
date at least one (1) month in advance.

  • Assisting with daytoday operations of the HR functions and Admin duties such as
submitting invoices to clients.

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Go getter who can take initiative and work independently.
- *Salary**: From RM1,800.00 TO RM2500 per month
