  • Prepare and proofread new agreements/contracts.
  • Liaise with the development department during the construction of new structures, production, installation, etc.
B. Servicing Existing / Secure Clients

  • Address client queries, complaints, and breakdowns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the development department to resolve complaints/breakdowns.
  • Draft formal/informal letters in response to client inquiries/complaints.
  • Meet clients' reasonable demands and provide photo proofs (day and night) as needed.
  • Follow up on payments and entertain clients when required.
  • Fulfill other responsibilities as instructed by the Manager of the Company.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field. Fresh graduates with strong qualifications and good attributes are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing Cantonese/Mandarin.
  • Knowledge and exposure in the Outdoor Advertising Business is an advantage.
