I.
DAILY TASK

  • Plan and arrange workforce for daily/weekly Electrical / Mechanical / Piping installation works.
  • Attend walkthrough enquiry for base build, tool hook up and sustaining work request.
  • Prepare BOM/costing for proposal/tender submission.
  • Arrange and supervise sub contractor's installation works.
  • Monitor and ensure all installation works/task is completed on time.
  • Enforce work quality practice at all time, strictly comply to drawings, specification and obtaining QAQC / customers buy off.
  • Attend and solve site installation issue.
  • Submit weekly progress update and attend weekly work progress meeting with customer.
  • Raise material requisition for project site installation works.
  • Support final handover documentation preparation and compilation.
  • Enforce proper PPE practice and strictly follow safety guidelines at work place.
  • Enforce proper housekeeping (5S) at workplace, laydown and workshop.

II.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Supervisor is responsible for maintaining day to day project activities in order to meet departmental operations.

  • Awareness on SOP and quality plan.
  • Awareness of fitter, welder and helper training program and advancement opportunity.
  • Awareness on safety requirements, cleanroom protocol and site security rules & regulation.
  • Schedule and project cost awareness.
  • Continuous to grow in competencies and multiskills set by management.
  • Maintaining good records of attendance.
  • Perform other related duties as and when required.

III. QUALIFICATIONS
Possess minimum Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or at least 2 years of related working experience.

Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the Project Supervisor and also to demonstrate the following personal attributes:

The Project Supervisor must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

  • Communication and Writing skills.
  • Understanding of Drawings and Project site environments.
  • Kinetics business product and services

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
