Responsibilities:

To be responsible for the day to day IT functions in the company including PC management, installation of software or systems, backup and helpdesk to employees.
To maintain the LAN/ WAN Network and to troubleshoot hardware, such as Printers, software and networking issues.
To be responsible for daily Pronto backups, i.e. to ensure that backup tape is changed on daily basis.
To maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.
Any other jobs assigned by immediate supervisor.
