Perform date entry (using AutoCount System)

  • Perform bookkeeping, develop and maintain filing system
  • Perform task or assignment according to SOP or as directed by the management.
  • Prepare full set of accounts and perform daily accounting record for general ledger, payables, receivables, bank reconciliation and fixed asset register.
  • Responsible for preparing monthly accounting schedules
  • Monitor and update collections for accounts receivables and ensure that payments are made within reasonable period,
  • Maintain an efficient filing system is storing all accounting records.
  • Involve in stock count and tagging of fixed assets
  • Liase with auditors and banks when the needs arise
  • Other adhoc request from the superior
  • Assist in preparing & handling legal documents, contract and correspondence.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
