  • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies, losses, and damages.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.

  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Safety Compliance:

  • Enforce safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training on safety protocols and emergency procedures to warehouse personnel.

  • Develop and optimize warehouse layouts, storage systems, and workflows to maximize space utilization and productivity.

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Perform regular inspections of products and materials to maintain quality standards and compliance with regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or quality issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Customer Service:

  • Coordinate with customer service and logistics teams to fulfill orders and address customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Maintain open communication channels with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipping documents, and other relevant paperwork.
  • Generate reports on warehouse activities, performance metrics, and inventory levels for management review.
  • Analyze data trends and provide insights to support strategic decisionmaking and planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 23 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, warehouse best practices, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Forklift certification and other relevant certifications/licenses (preferred).

Pay:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
