Daily Accounting data entry and bookkeeping.

  • Assist to prepare monthly management account reports and analyze information detailing revenue, cost, and expenses.
  • Verification of all invoices and payment instructions with appropriate documents.
  • Processing transactions, issuing cheques, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of management accounts.
  • Any adhoc task assignment related to financial and basic by management.
  • To perform any other operational and administrative duties.
  • To ensure proper filing of documentation

Requirements:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for numbers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Computer literate, good interpersonal skills, able to work well in a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Positive work attitude and willingness to learn.
