Key Responsibilities

  • Buying goods, materials, products and services on behalf of the organization
  • Research vendors, examine prospective suppliers, and negotiate pricing and contract terms
  • Serve as the bridge between the company and the market
  • Liaise and build good rapport with suppliers and internal team
  • Keep abreast of current market situation and conduct regular price comparison
  • Expedite and follow up with suppliers for ontime delivery to support production
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned

  • Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferably in the marine industry
  • Personalities with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation skills are an added advantage.
  • Analytical thinking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work fast under pressure
  • Able to multitask and work independently
