Provide support to store activities.

Coordinate with suppliers, dealers, and co-workers.

Conducts stock checking on incoming as well as outgoing delivery. (Monitor inventory).

Liaise with admin staff and co-workers on orders, deliveries, complaints, and other related matters.

Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and system.

  • Organizing and maintaining records, files, and databases.
Handle clerical and administrative duties in an office.

Maintaining filing systems.

Keeping store performing well - from organisation and cleanliness to quality and speed of service.

  • Organizing office & clinic equipment and inventory.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
