Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring that the workshop has the necessary materials and supplies to support its operations.
Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively with other team members will be crucial in this role.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and control the flow of goods in and out of the workshop.
- Overseeing the maintenance of accurate and uptodate spare parts and accessories inventory records.
- Implementing inventory control measures to prevent stockouts, overstock situations, or discrepancies.
Audits and Inspections:
- Conducting regular physical audits and inspections of spare parts and accessories inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Verifying that physical inventory matches the recorded quantities in the inventory management system.
- Investigate and resolve any variances or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Cycle Counting:
- Implementing and conducting regular cycle counting to maintain the accuracy of spare parts and accessories inventory.
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies through root cause analysis.
Reporting:
- Generating reports on spare parts and accessories inventory levels, usage patterns, discrepancies and other relevant metrics.
- Providing regular updates to management on inventory status and performance.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- Collaborate with workshop managers and other stakeholders to understand stock requirements and priorities.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies governing stock management.
- Keep abreast of industry standards and best practices in inventory control.
Continuous Improvement:
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance spare parts and accessories management processes.
- Recommending and implementing changes to optimize inventory control and management.
Training and Development:
- Provide training to workshop staff on proper stock handling procedures.
- Foster a culture of accountability and awareness regarding stock management practices.

RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
