As Administrative Assistant, you will fully support the finance and administrative functions to the entities.

  • Preparation of invoices and delivery orders.
  • Handle payments and invoicing details to clients.
  • Keeping track of supplier invoices and payments.
  • Ensure invoicing details are accurately maintained in the system.
  • Ensure payment of suppliers are accurately maintained in the system.
  • Maintain petty cash records and reconciliation in accordance to standards.
  • Ensure office and kitchen is kept neat and tidy and to ensure office supplies are sufficient.
  • Handle customers' enquiries as and when required.
  • Supporting the Sales department with any administrative duties.
