Manage development and execution of all digital marketing & sales campaign, social media platforms, IG, Facebook, Corousell ,tiktok.

  • Evaluate endtoend customer experience to identify and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition, improve customer retention and maximise revenue.
  • Plan and develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brandfocused messages
  • Monitor and respond to online customers' enquiries and feedback where necessary.
  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, digital marketing trends and implement new technologies to enhance brand awareness in the digital space.
  • Work closely with offline team, including other departments in ensuring directions and strategies are aligned.
  • Assist in other marketing events and activities, roadshows, etc. when required.

REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing / Mass Communication / Digital Marketing or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years handson experience in similar role.
  • Experienced with social media analytics and optimization techniques, & social media campaigns.
  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of digital marketing trends, technologies and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written, spoken, presentation and hosting skills. (in English)
  • Ability to video content for short video content will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Having active social media accounts with substantial followers will be an advantage.
  • Experience in canva Capcuts will be an added advantage.

From RM3,000.00 per month
