Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all office administration and accounts work.
  • Preparation of Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoice, Inventory records, payroll using SQL software, office paperwork & filing, manage accounts, provide support for the accounting using SQL Accounting software, finance and etc.
  • Selfmotivated, hardworking & able to work independently under intense pressure.
  • Dynamic with pleasant personality.
  • Report to Finance Manager.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel) and comfortable with basic computer operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Admin/Accounts Clerk with at least 23 years of relevant working experience.
  • You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • You must have experience in operating
    SQL Accounting and SQL Payroll software.
  • You must be able to work independently with little oversight and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, fast learner, selfmotivated, multitasking, performance driven and teamwork capable among each other in the department
  • Those who can start work immediately or within short notice is with the added advantage.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of clients, company, etc.
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
