Assist in managing the company's infrastructure technology, including servers, networks and cloud.

Assist in infrastructure project implementation to improve performance, reliability and security.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software and network related issues.
Respond to user inquiries via IT Helpdesk and resolve issue in timely and efficient manner.
Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems, including software patches and antivirus updates.
Monitor infrastructure performance and identify and resolve issue in timely manner.
Monitor and maintain IT assets inventory, including tracking and documentation of hardware and software licenses.
Maintain knowledge of current technology trends and advancements in the field of IT support.

Job Requirement

Familiarity with cloud computing, network infrastructure, server infrastructure and administration, storage infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery.
Knowledge of security and compliance requirements.
Posses own transport.
Experience in ITIL or other service management frameworks is a plus.
Basic understanding of global medical device regulations, requirements and standards will be advantageous, but not an absolute requirement.
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
