JOB SUMMARY
Helping customers in identifying and purchasing required products to ensure that excellent customer service is demonstrated at all times

REQUIREMENTS

  • SPM/ STPM/ Diploma
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Required language English / Bahasa Malaysia (Third language will be an added advantage)
  • Friendly, courteous, and selfmotivated
  • Able to commit to retail working hours including weekends and public holidays.
  • Good communication skills
  • Having a friendly and engaging personality
  • Fulltime and parttime positions available.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends,s and public holidays.
  • Have your own transport.

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the pharmacists in the outlet.
  • To process sales transactions for medications, supplements, and other pharmaceutical supplies.
  • Arrange inventory for medications and pharmaceutical supplies.
  • Process sales transactions for medications and other pharmaceutical supplies.
  • Attend to customers' inquiries and provide customer service to meet customer expectations.
  • Assist in prescription & consultation.
  • Able to identify the right medication according to condition.
  • Ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy at all times.
