We are looking for a proactive and highly crafty Designer to join our band of talented misfits in KL. A concept driven individual who loves telling stories through typography and badass layouts.

A curious cat that thinks, speak and breathe digital who loves to get their claws on elevating ideas beyond banners and EDMs.

You will lead a team of junior designers and be a mentor to these hungry youngling; work closely with senior creatives and copywriters adding value to ideas; and craft unique solutions for our clients.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise and develop ideas for campaigns
  • Strong communication skills and be ready to present your ideas to the team
  • Keep the integrity of the designs by following brand guidelines
  • Create storyboards, web pages, gif/HTML5 animations and social media content
  • Work closely with our Senior producers and Account Servicing team
  • Assists the Senior Creatives and Creative lead

Requirement

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a digital led design agency
  • Advance level in Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Figma
  • Good knowledge of HTML5 and other digital asset creation software
  • A good command English, written and verbal
  • A leader with exceptional organisational skills
  • Meticulous and crafted works following Brand Guidelines
  • Methodical and organised in archiving works
  • Beast mode ready to meet tight deadlines
  • Worked on Fintech projects is preferred but not a must
