Responsible for daily farm operations - plantcare operations, management and control, including planting, harvesting, weeding in nurseries and greenhouses - growing system, nutrition, pest & disease management and control - materials and seed requirement for farm use, management and control - harvest management and production quality control - yield improvement and operations excellence initiatives Based at farm in Lojing, near Cameron Highlands On site training will be provided and technical training Hardworker, good physical health and have good hand-eye coordination Highly organised, quick learner with eye for detail.

Hands on work attitude and able to work under pressure Accommodation and free farm vegetables for own consumption provided

We choose to sell directly to consumers in order to by-pass many layers of storage and handling, where freshness is lost and unnecessary cost added to the price of the produce.
