Responsibilities:

  • Handling internal and client's payroll and other HR functions
  • Develop fair HR policies and handbook

Job Requirements:

  • Fair understanding of Malaysian Employment Law i.e. Employment Act, SOCSO Act and EPF Act.
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employee
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good independent judgement
