Responsible for producing various types of bread.

  • Operating the pastry section of the kitchen and liaising with the bakers to ensure a successful working environment.
  • Mixes, ferments, shapes, and bakes according to specified recipes and standards.
  • Ensure that the right type and quantity of ingredients are acquired by following bread baking recipes to measure ingredients.
  • Set oven heat at the right temperature and wait for ovens to be heated before placing tins in them.
  • Check timers to ensure that the bread is baked properly.
  • Remove baked bread from ovens and place them on cooling racks.
  • Pack and label cooled bread with information such as type and expiry date.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on ovens on a regular basis.
  • Other duties as the job require it.
  • Able to work on shift rotation basis including weekend and Public Holiday

Pavilion Damansara Heights (Mall)

Job Types:

Salary:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
