(b) Conduct classes as and when required by the department to enhance safety knowledge for Cabin Crews.

(c) To assist in the recruitment of Cabin Crew, if required.

(d) To assist Cabin Crew training and induction.

(e) To assist Cabin Crew training program preparations.

(f) To monitor Cabin Crew performance during training.

(h) To maintain communication with management in implementing new policies and quality management.

(i) To assist and monitor on all grooming and uniform related issues for trainees and online Cabin Crew.

(j) Filing and updating Cabin Crew Training Division records as required by the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia and Batik Air

(k) Compiling reports for submission to relevant departments.

(l) Maintain and update crew record.

(m) Compile and provide a summary of the daily Training Report for dissemination to relevant departments/.departments and personnel.

(n) File and maintain all Flight Operations Notices and Memo's as required by Batik Air.

(o) Update personal files of Medical Leave taken based on the medical certificate submitted by trainees.

(p) To ensure all training materials updated.

(q) All class room request must be made in advance before conducting the relevant classes.

(r) Ensure Class room cleanliness to be maintained at all times.

(s) To carry out other duties which is not stipulated above, as and when instructed by Cabin Crew Safety Training Manager.

(t) To conduct Observation Flights as and when requested by the HOT or by CCSTM.

(u) Instructors will be required to do office administrative duties in the office prior to or after a check flight.

Work Experience:
a) Shall have at least

1) six (6) years of uninterrupted and active in-flight experience as a Cabin Crew member, where two (2) years of experience as an In-Charge Cabin Crew member (ICC) in an aircraft operated by more than one crew member; or

2) Complete the Initial Qualifying Programme (IQP) for Initial, Conversion and Recurrent Training Programme by stages base on aircraft type as follows - i) Attend Class as Course Participant (including Examination and Practical Assessment)


ii) Observers and Participate Partial Instructional Delivery (Theory, Practical Lessons) with the help and guidance of the established/supervisory Instructor iii) Conduct Class under supervision of established/ supervisory instructor.

b) A Cabin Crew member instructor authorization that has lapsed may be

renewed if the applicant has a valid Cabin Crew member certificate and has received the applicable Cabin Crew Instructor training acceptable to the CAAM

c) Cabin Crew who had ceased their active flying, with training experience and is

from a training department.

d) Instructor pilots with valid license and type rating of the respective aircraft and

have completed an appropriate Cabin Familiarization, Aviation Terminology/SEP Instructor Course

Non-Work Experience

a) Holds Diploma/Degree in any discipline.

b) Shall undergo ground/flight observation on type rated aircraft.

c) Shall complete one-year internship.

Fleet Experience


a) Fleet Experience (type rating) of each aircraft or successfully complete an approved type course of each aircraft type for which the instructional privilege is sought.

Non-fleet Experience

a) Shall undergo minimum of three ground training observation for the specific

fleet

Job Types:

RM4, RM7,500.00 per month
