The Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in the Marketing Department, responsible for creating visual assets that effectively communicate the brand's message and enhance marketing campaigns.

This role involves conceptualizing and designing various materials across digital and print platforms to engage and attract target audiences.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

  • Develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts for marketing materials, including but not limited to, advertisements, brochures, banners, social media graphics, newsletters, presentations, and product packaging.
  • Translate marketing objectives and briefs into visually appealing and compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
  • Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and branding across all marketing collateral.

Digital Design:

  • Optimize graphics for various digital channels and devices to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Stay updated on current design trends, digital tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.

Print Design:

  • Design print materials such as posters, flyers, business cards, and product packaging with attention to detail and print specifications.
  • Collaborate with print vendors to ensure accurate production and timely delivery of printed materials.
  • Conduct quality checks on printed materials to maintain brand integrity and consistency.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience insights, and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm ideas and develop cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Communicate design concepts, rationale, and progress effectively to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed.

Brand Identity and Guidelines:

  • Uphold brand identity guidelines and standards in all design work to maintain brand consistency and integrity.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of brand guidelines, ensuring they are comprehensive and reflective of the brand's values and vision.
  • Educate internal teams on brand guidelines and best practices for brand representation in design materials.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Keep track of project milestones, deliverables, and revisions using project management tools or software.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, or agencies as needed for specialized design services or additional support.
