Job Summary


Responsible to handle daily transaction including account payable, verify invoices/expenses claim form and provide support to producers in terms of request for information and follow up for pending issues or problem from internal and external parties.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • To be assist credit control management of the group of companies.
  • To monitor order processing flow of the group of companies.
  • To update invoice and collection status of the group of companies.
  • To prepare outstanding report for the group of companies.
  • To prepare monthly sales analysis for the group of companies.
  • To provide effective coordination between client and internal department to ensure efficient delivery.
  • To consistently promote and practice company's vision and mission statement, core value and culture to maintain excellent work relationship among staffs and clients.

Qualification Required:

  • At least Diploma/ Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
  • 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Good in verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good communication skill and attention to detail.
  • High integrity.

Pay:
From RM2,000.00 per month
