JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1) Performing general, administrative tasks, and will assisting store manager in hub
2) Providing comprehensive support by being responsible for the regional sales and network data statistics and reporting, as well as for the regional business data statistics and output.
3) Maintain job records, document all necessary information and present reports to the Management as required.
4) Able to work independently with minimum supervision
5) Undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time
6) Process delivery process/ orders in system
7) Coordinate and handle freight and movement of equipment
8)Keep an organized allocation of inventory placed in warehouse and store

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 12 years experience working in an administrative and logistics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Bahasa Melayu)

Mandarin is an added advantage

  • Team player with a pleasant personality and able to demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Physical ability to frequently lift and carry heavy materials

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
