2.0 PPC ASSISTANT
2.1 Report to Head of Department.

2.2 To Prepare monthly summary ordering for direct Purchase.

2.3 To ensure D.I (Delivery instruction) issued to supplier.


2.4 To ensure and control Purchase Order for child parts, raw material and general purchase issue accordingly as not affect delivery Finisheed Good to customer.


2.5 To monitor daily receiving and control stock in order to meet daily production using stock card' system and Microsoft Access software.


2.6 To monitor stock take for all child part, raw material and secondary process items at AHP Shah Alam and AHP Tg.

Malim and sub vendors.


2.7 To monitor Production & Assy using follow the requirement and identify the root cause if have any over using happen.

2.8 To prepare and monitor daily receiving report, monthly report, management review meeting report.

2.9 To ensure all Company Procedure been follow according to TS16949 quality system.

2.10 To monitor and control subordinate on their attendance and disciplinary.

2.11 Daily instruction given by HoD and Management.

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
