Job Description;

  • Issue all the billing Invoice & DO for local, export, interco into system
  • Create new item code & customer code
  • Issue Debit Note & Credit Note
  • Issuing and recording all local PO,DO and invoicing
  • Liaise with local customer for goods delivery
  • Responsible to generate monthly report; packaging material
  • Record all the cylinder charges
  • Key in purchase Invoice
  • Loscam pallet record & submission
  • Responsible for Sugar Tax local sales submission to custom including the report, updating the finishing good
  • Work closely with account depart for payment collection
  • To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirement;

  • Possess at least Diploma Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (On-Job training will be provided)
  • Customeroriented and able to work as a team.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision

Job Type:
Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
