Human Capital Executive

- Assist departments to develop Annual Training Plan (ATP) based on competency gaps result.
- Liaise and work closely with related department for confirmation on the planned training activities.
- To monitor training budget of the company.
- Monitor and ensure that HRDF claim and activities carried out are to comply with government rules and regulations.
- Record monthly and yearly training hours for each staff.
- Involve in pre and post training logistic and event such as manage training materials, venue and etc.
- To develop company's yearly organization chart.
- To assist in company's Annual Performance Management Program.
- To make proper trainings documentation.
- Prepare monthly training report for management review.
- To be ready on other Adhoc assignments
