To analyze Training Need Analysis (TNA) and competency.

  • Assist departments to develop Annual Training Plan (ATP) based on competency gaps result.
  • Liaise and work closely with related department for confirmation on the planned training activities.
  • To monitor training budget of the company.
  • Monitor and ensure that HRDF claim and activities carried out are to comply with government rules and regulations.
  • Record monthly and yearly training hours for each staff.
  • Involve in pre and post training logistic and event such as manage training materials, venue and etc.
  • To develop company's yearly organization chart.
  • To assist in company's Annual Performance Management Program.
  • To make proper trainings documentation.
  • Prepare monthly training report for management review.
  • To be ready on other Adhoc assignments

Job Type:
Permanent

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
