Customer Service:

Retail staff are responsible for providing excellent customer service to ensure customers have a great shopping experience and build more customer loyalty.


Sales:
A primary responsibility of retail staff is to drive sales.

This involves actively engaging with customers, promoting products, upselling or cross-selling items, and ultimately completing transactions & ensure the store is able to achieve daily & monthly KPIs.


Merchandising:
Responsible for ensuring that products are displayed effectively and attractively

Eg:
arranging products on shelves, restocking inventory, and maintaining overall store cleanliness and organization.

Inventory Management:
This includes monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock counts, and communicating with SM about any discrepancies or shortages.

Cash Handling:
including processing payments, making change, and balancing cash drawers at the end of their shifts.

Product Knowledge:
Retail staff need to be knowledgeable about the products they sell. This allows them to effectively assist customers, answer questions, and make recommendations based on customer needs.

Store Operations:
Opening and closing procedures, maintaining security protocols, and ensuring that the store is compliant with safety regulations.

Teamwork:

Provide support to each colleague, SM and also ambassadors to build the shop sales and ensure smooth store operations.


Training:
Retail staff may participate in training sessions to learn about new products, sales techniques, and company policies. They may also assist in training new hires.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
