Our client is a leading Chinese company specializing in the research, development, and production of solar products.

They are the world's largest manufacturers of monocrystalline silicon wafers, cells, and modules, and it is known for its strong focus on technological innovation and sustainable energy solutions.

They are expanding their business in Malaysia and now growing beyond Kuching, Selangor and Bintulu in Sarawak. The company is expected to have 9000 employees by 2024.

Responsibilities:

• To lead and manage an Information Technology (IT) team in overseeing the Information Systems Planning, Design & Implementation to support the production lines.
• Coordinate, manage and motivate department to meet schedules and goals.
• Provide recommendation on policies/ infrastructure improvements.
• Prepare annual IT Budget.
• Define Policies, Procedures and Work instructions in support of the business objectives.
• Manage and supervise an IT team in providing the necessary IT systems, infrastructure and resources for the continuous operation and improvement of the business and manufacturing services.
• Conduct and identify potential IT risk assessment and prepare containment and corrective measures as contingency plan, to govern any breach of security policies or disaster.
• Work with other functional heads to define systems and solutions to business issues and problems

Requirements:

• Must have diploma / degree in IT
• Must have minimum 3 years of working experience as IT Manager
• Hand on experience in planning, design & implementation.
• Can work in Bintulu.

Job Types:

Salary:
RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
