Based in Kuala Lumpur, your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Resolve constant flow of clients' enquiries and feedback in a timely, professional and efficient manner;
- Assist with onboarding of investors and KYC review;
- Liase with the fund administration team and other internal departments to ensure proper procedures and documentation on matters related to clients' transactions;
- Establish rapport and longterm relationships with clients;
- Set up and maintaining investor records in CRM; and
- Assist in building up new processes and suggesting enhancements.
; Requirements:
Requirements: Degree holder from a reputable university. At least 2 years of experience in client relationship management and/or sales support operations in financial services industry. Experienced hire can be considered for more seniorlevel role. Diligent and comfortable working in an extremely fastpaced environment. Clientfocused, good interpersonal skills and a team player. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Possesses the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
