As a Risk and Compliance Associate Manager, you will be responsible for managing the planning and execution of various risk and compliance initiatives.

Your role involves assessing the service delivery control environment and evaluating adherence to client-identified contractual requirements, policies and standards.

You will effectively evaluate review results, identify and resolve complex issues and non-standard problems, and recommend improvements to review practices and processes.

Clear and persuasive communication of review results, both verbally and in writing, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning and execution of various risk and compliance initiatives.
  • Assess the service delivery control environment and evaluate adherence to client-identified contractual requirements, policies and standards.
  • Evaluate review results, considering the relevancy, accuracy, and perspective of conclusions against the accumulated evidence.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve complex and non-standard issues and problems largely on your own initiative.
  • Exhibit creativity and innovation in recommending improvements to review practices and processes.
  • Communicate review results effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring they are persuasive, contextually appropriate, and understood by the recipient/reviewee.
  • Drive the first draft of client-facing reports to final approval.
  • Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks or problems outside the normal scope of the job.
  • Monitor and provide assurance that identified findings and actions are tracked to closure, and report to leadership accordingly.
  • Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of risk self-assessment programs across service delivery, such as the service delivery Representation Letter.
  • Support on-demand and Mobilization Reviews and collaborate with Service Delivery to identify opportunities.
  • Support continuous improvement and organizational development activities.
  • Support service delivery in preparing for client or industry-specific certifications and compliance programs.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in risk and compliance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and assess complex problems, creating solutions based on in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  • Interaction with senior management levels at clients and/or within the company, dealing with significant matters.
  • Ability to make decisions and determine objectives and approaches to critical assignments, with latitude in decision-making.
  • Decisions made in this role can have a lasting impact on the area of responsibility and potentially influence areas outside of the immediate scope.
  • Experience in managing large teams and/or work efforts at a client.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree
