SUMMARY

The Finance Supervisor will be responsible for all areas of finance for the SG/MY region, including financial reporting, tax compliance, and finance operations (AR/AP).
The role will be based in our Kuala Lumpur office and will report directly to the Group CFO

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger
Ensure compliance with local tax and reporting requirements
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets
Manage monthend and yearend close processes
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports
Assist in the preparation for audits and collaborate with auditors
Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY SKILLS

Ability to communicate effectively in English with key stakeholders
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting & Finance
5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Detailoriented and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
