Pharmagrad HR

Primarily focuses on providing support in areas of Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, and Training.

Additionally, PharmaGrad are expected to support the department with various tasks as instructed by the superiors to Company's activities executed as planned.

• Collaborate with HR team to assist in the management of industrial relations initiatives.
• Contribute to employee relations efforts and implementation of programs that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and overall wellbeing.
• Support the training and development process by helping to administer training and development function, establish Skill Matrix, setup Training Room facilities, enhance Digital Learning platform to introduce digital training materials.
• Support the renovation project to design the office interior to beautify the workplace to be 'The Best Workplace To Work For'.
• Provide support to various task as instructed by the superiors to ensure Company's activity and initiatives are executed as planned.

Job Types:
Temporary, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 8 months

Salary:
RM2,000.00 per month
