- Collaborate with HR team to assist in the management of industrial relations initiatives.
- Contribute to employee relations efforts and implementation of programs that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and overall wellbeing.
- Support the training and development process by helping to administer training and development function, establish Skill Matrix, setup Training Room facilities, enhance Digital Learning platform to introduce digital training materials.
- Support the renovation project to design the office interior to beautify the workplace to be 'The Best Workplace To Work For'.
- Provide support to various task as instructed by the superiors to ensure Company's activity and initiatives are executed as planned.
Job Types:
Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 8 months
Salary:
RM2,000.00 per month
