RESPONSIBILITY
  • To ensure optimum utilization of manpower for project.
  • To ensure building materials and work done at site are properly handled, stored, protected and in accordance to Construction Drawings.
  • To ensure work completed within schedule / stipulated time frame (Manpower, material, time frame).
  • Monitor work carried out by sub contractors at site.
  • Coordinate with related parties to ensure all work carried out smoothly.
  • Report non conformance in respect of workmanship and materials to Project Manager.
  • Prepare site daily, weekly and monthly report, Inspection forms for submission and record.
  • Receive, Inspect and verify building materials which are delivered at site.
  • Verification of progress claim.
  • Assist the Project Manager in carrying out supervision and inspection of work at site.
  • Ensuring Safety measures are implemented at site.
  • Carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
(Mandarin - Added advantage)
  • Position for Site Supervisor.
  • Posses GDL Licenses.
TAH Construction Sdn. Bhd. was not always the way it is now.

In the contrary, it started out as an enterprise registered under company name "Tan Ah Hock Construction Enterprise", founded by Mr.

Tan Ah Hock himself back in 1990. The company started out small, fueled by meagre capital, little workforce and no prior experience in the field. The only thing sustaining the business is the sheer willpower and courage of our founder.

Through his perseverance, the company started accepting projects beyond our comfort zone, and this very act provides us with the capital, experience and know-how to accept more and more projects of different scale and variety.

Year 2012 was the year Mr. Tan Choon Wei took over as the second generation of leadership.

Business was expanding, but due to the rapid expansion of the company home ground Taiping, there was an emergence of various developers and construction companies, which became direct competitors to our company.

In order to remain competitive, Mr. Tan decided that there was a need to rebrand ourselves. Hence, the company was renamed as "TAH Construction Enterprise".
